Awan128 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Terms of Use

1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and awan128 ("Platform", "us", or "the Company"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the awan128 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, along with all other policies and guidelines published by awan128 from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the awan128 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.

2Platform Eligibility

To use the awan128 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• You are an individual with full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
• You are not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.
• You are not registering on behalf of a third party or with the intention of assisting someone who is not eligible to use this platform.
• You are registering and playing in a personal capacity, not as a representative or agent of any company.

3Registration & Account Management

Each awan128 user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balances and winnings.

Upon registration, you are required to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full name, phone number, and any other required details.
• Keeping your account password confidential. Awan128 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.
• Notify awan128 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Ensure your account information is always kept up to date and accurate.

Awan128 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding MYR 5,000. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or utility bill as proof of address.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on awan128 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). awan128 supports the following Malaysian payment methods:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Digital Bank Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, Bank Islam, AmBank Online, and other banks listed under the FPX system

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method or under the same name used for the original deposit. Awan128 reserves the right to delay or cancel a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms. All withdrawals are subject to a KYC review process that may require additional verification.

Funds deposited into an awan128 account do not earn interest and are not covered by any banking deposit protection scheme. Awan128 holds user funds in accounts separate from the company's operational accounts to ensure adequate protection.

5Bonus, Promotions & Rewards Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by awan128 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following general terms apply to all awan128 bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per user, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated.
• Rollover requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• The standard rollover requirement for awan128 bonuses is 5x to 20x depends on the bonus type – refer to the specific promotion terms for details.
• Bets placed on certain games may not count in full, or may not count at all, towards meeting rollover requirements.
• Awan128 reserves the right to void any bonus and related winnings if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of the bonus system.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted directly to cash without first fulfilling the rollover requirements.

6Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at awan128 covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, UCL, and more), badminton, cricket, e-sports, basketball, tennis, boxing, and a wide range of other sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• All bets are considered valid once confirmed by the awan128 system and the bet slip is accepted.
• Accepted bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless a "Cash Out" feature is specifically offered for that bet.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• Official results used to settle bets are based on sources recognised by awan128. In the event of a dispute, the ruling of the relevant sports authority will apply.
• Displayed odds may change at any time before a bet is accepted. Confirmed bets will be settled at the odds in effect at the time of acceptance.
• Awan128 reserves the right to void or resettle bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds resulting from a system fault.

For parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the overall bet to be considered a winner. If any selection is voided, the odds for that selection will be reduced to 1.00 and the parlay will be settled based on the remaining selections.

7Casino Game Rules

Casino games at awan128 include online slots, Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and more), table games, and progressive jackpots. All casino games use independently verified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair play.

• The outcome of completed games is final and may not be disputed unless there is concrete evidence of a technical system failure.
• In the event of an internet disconnection during gameplay, the session will be continued or settled based on awan128's server records, which are considered definitive.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• Awan128 reserves the right to void winnings and close accounts where there is evidence of software bug exploitation, system interference, or the use of automated software (bots).
• The use of game strategies is permitted, provided it does not involve collusion between players or exploitation of the system.

8Fraud Prevention & Anti-Money Laundering

Awan128 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and the financing of illegal activities. We adhere to strict anti-money laundering (AML) standards and know-your-customer (KYC) policies.

• You are not permitted to use the awan128 platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other criminal purposes.
• Awan128 reserves the right to report any suspicious transactions or activities to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
• Any attempt to deposit funds from illegal sources or to use another person's payment details without authorisation is a serious offence that will result in account closure and legal action.
• Using multiple different payment methods without reasonable justification may trigger additional security checks.

9Account Closure, Suspension & Deactivation

Awan128 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if:

• The User is found to have violated any of the Terms set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering is detected.
• The user provides false or misleading information during registration.
• The user is an individual under 18 years of age.
• The User has enrolled in the self-exclusion programme but continues to attempt to access the platform.
• A directive has been issued by a Malaysian legal authority to do so.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, awan128 reserves the right to withhold or void any remaining balance and winnings. Users whose accounts have been closed for valid reasons may submit an appeal to the awan128 support team within 30 days of the closure date.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the awan128 support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded upon completion of the identity verification process.

10Responsible Betting

Awan128 is committed to promoting healthy and responsible gambling practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

Awan128 provides the following tools to help users stay in control:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on your deposits.
• Loss Limit: Set the maximum loss you are willing to sustain within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a daily time limit on your play sessions.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

11Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The awan128 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Awan128 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the usability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

• Awan128 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Awan128 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, third-party system failures, or regulatory directives.
• In all circumstances, awan128's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms do not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

12Amendments to Terms & Governing Law

Awan128 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the awan128 website. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
